The Asia Pacific region holds immense significance in our pursuit of enabling business objectives through technology standards. I am filled with a sense of excitement for the new year and what lies ahead

现在，我们即将迎来未来的下一个篇章，我向在座的每一位致以热情洋溢的新年祝福。我非常荣幸作为 The Open Group 亚太区总经理向大家发表致辞，在通过技术标准实现业务目标的过程中，亚太地区发挥着极其重要的意义。我对新的一年和未来充满期待。

First and foremost, I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to all our partners for your incredible efforts and support and collaboration throughout the past year. Together, we have made remarkable strides in advancing the field of enterprise architecture, and open standards in general, not only in the APAC region but globally.

首先，我要向我们所有的合作伙伴表示衷心的感谢，感谢你们在过去一年中所付出的巨大努力、支持与合作。在大家的共同努力下，我们在亚太地区，以及全球范围内，在推动企业架构领域和和开放标准方面都取得了长足的进步。

As a global consortium, The Open Group prides itself on the diversity within its membership, which encompasses over 900 organizations spanning many industries, our membership includes customers, systems and solutions suppliers, tool vendors, integrators, academics, and consultants. It is through this huge network of expertise and knowledge that we are able to drive forward innovation and promote best practices in the ever-evolving technology landscape.

作为一个全球性的联合组织，The Open Group以自身成员的多样性而感到自豪。其成员单位涵盖多个行业的900 多个组织，包括客户系统和解决方案供应商、工具供应商集成商、学者和顾问。正是通过这个庞大的专业技术和知识网络，我们才能在不断发展的技术领域推动创新，推广最佳实践。

In 2023 we announced the initiation of our APAC Award program to recognize leadersin Open Standards and Open Source Software.We are filled with gratitude by the inspiring submissions from you for these awards. The innovation, dedication and creativity demonstrated by organizations and individuals in utilizing open standards from The Open Group to drive their business transformations has truly been remarkable. I want to express my sincere appreciation to all the applicants for their contributions. It is through initiatives like these that we celebrate ingenuity and collaborative spirit, inspiring us all to build better ecosystems with Enterprise Architecture. 

In 2024, we wake to the new dawn, a time to grasp new possibilities and opportunities. The Open Group remains committed to fostering collaboration and driving innovation within the region. We will continue to work closely with our members and partners, in China and across Asia Pacific, and around the world to harness the power of enterprise architecture and technology standards in realizing our shared vision of Boundaryless Information Flow™️. 

In the coming year, we anticipate further advancements in the digital landscape, tackling challenges unique to our region. We will strive to empower organizations with the necessary tools and frameworks to navigate these complexities, enabling them to unlock their full potential and achieve business objectives.
